TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING           *All times are local UK time.

Please only make a reservation if in agreement with our terms and conditions of booking.

Due to the style of our house we can only accommodate adults and children of 4 years and over (no babies or under 4) with a maximum of 2 persons in a double or twin room.

PREPAYMENT No deposit will be charged. Your card will be verified (pre-authorised) in order to guarantee your reservation, and in the event of a failed card we will contact you by email.

PAYMENT All reservations are payable on arrival by cash or card (cards £3 handling fee applies).  Cards accepted : Visa, Mastercard and most debit cards.

CARD HOLDER Bookings are only accepted by the person who is the cardholder. If the guest is not the cardholder then a signed statement authorizing to guarantee payment will be required from the card holder with photocopy of both sides of card.

CANCELLATIONS:

If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival (cancel before Tuesday for a Friday booking), no charge - FREE cancellation.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

NO SMOKING For the comfort of all guests staying at St Albans Guest House, you are respectfully reminded that smoking is not allowed in any part of the building.
